KitchenSync, operated by Caelan Verkuijl, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Synced Kitchen one-time purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all KitchenSync purchases. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Choose the KitchenSync purchase and select the refund option, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
  3. Alternatively, contact us through the support contact listed on this site and we will help you with the refund request.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, Paddle will return the funds to your original payment method, typically within a few business days depending on your bank. Your access to paid features (such as Synced Kitchen) will end after the refund is processed.
